Some financial experts think about rebuild credit tips as Get a secured card, Don’t max out a credit card, Don’t be afraid to bargain with debt collectors and more.
And, some people express their opinions on rebuild credit:
Don't buy more than you can afford. No where in the article did they mention anything about a budget.
Its getting people to get in debt so they can have higher scores and big business loves it and its all slanted towards making them money!
---
I don't know why I keep clicking on these types of articles, besides the lack of actual news stories to read instead. I keep hoping they will have some NEW information about the subject. Nothing new here.
You can't fix bad credit with a pill. It takes time.
A.. If you can pay cash do so.. B. Don't use a Credit Card if you don't need to.
C. Live with in your means..
Living Credit Card free. And loveing it..
Cash is king!
Im 24 and I learned the hard way. I had to use credit for mostly medical things and some purchases and it sunk me into about 7000 of debt. Over the past year, Ive only used it once. Got it down to just under 5000 and still paying it off. Im just glad its only 5000 and not tens of thousands worth of school loan debt many people my age have. Be smart, use cash and save your money.
Repairing your credit score takes time. Some companies offer a quick fix to repair credit for a fee, but this is just not true as I found out. A free consumer service I found called "Bad Credit MD" has some good free tips for people with credit issues.

Talking About Refinancing that More Attractive
Some opinions that I found below may be used as a discussion about refinancing today.
- It would be nice to re-finance our home on our own land with attached garage and a 484 sq. ft. den built on. But now no one wants to talk to us because this is a MFD. home. WE also have a lot of equity even with the bad market these days. No sense answering ads for deals.
- We've never been late on a single payment, but my wife lost her teaching job and hasn't been able to find a new one. We can just afford our bills on my salary, but the bank says we don't make enough, and are a risk to refinance. We've never missed a bill. How could we be riskier with lower monthly payments?
- Sorry but why should I pay 8-10k just for the bank to go into the computer and readjust numbers. All this nonsense about title searches, etc is #$%$ All that was done when you bought the house.
- Yeah, that's it keep refinancing...that's the solution. I know of a couple who purchased a home in 1990 and financed $99,000. Now, 22 years later, they just refinanced AGAIN in 2009 for a total of $127,000. In 22 years, they've managed to increase their debt by 30 grand. What's funny is these same people travel all the time, own time shares in Hawaii, spend like there is no tomorrow....and complain about how they can't get ahead and can't afford to retire. Complain when somebody else manages to contribute more to a retirement plan, or pay off their house. Complain that the government isn't doing enough to help people and that only the rich keep getting richer. Simply an example of lack of planning and responsibility.
- I gave up trying to refinance. The only people I know who are successful at this are the wealthy people who do it for the lower rate and the person who stops making their mortgage payment, especially if they are an illegal alien. Yes, I am a bit bitter about it.

About Ways to Avoid Medical Debt
From some of the following opinions may be used as input on ways to avoid medical problems debt. This corresponds to: Find catastrophic health coverage, only pay what you owe, research your care, negotiate your payments and save for health costs.
Open the state lines for buying health insurance like we do for car insurance the premiums will drop. The only thing Obamacare did was insure that the states can monopolize what you pay. It also fills the pockets of the health care lobbyists.
The only long term solution is the collapse of the hospital industry. Insurers already underpay individual providers and overpay facilities, and the government is even worse. The hospital industry has no clue about how to manage their operating expenses and isn't going to get one until everyone gets together and says NO to their extortion.
They cry but will not support a National Health Scheme like every modern country. They are not all the same. Most Asian countries send a team to Europe to study the different National Health systems, go back to Asia and in one year has a system up and running. Not one US congressman did a study in Europe. The Lobbysts tell them not to. One common denominator in Europe and Asia is NON PROFIT HEALTH SCHEMES and Health Insurances.
Do not sign up for "catastophic health insurance." It covers NOTHING. You are better off having no health insurance and then if something does happen you can negotiate with the hospital and they will throw out most of your bill due to hardship. You will have to show them proof of low income though.
They missed that by having any health coverage including a high deductable plan gets you better prices. My plan has a high deductable, but I pay between 1/3 and 1/2 "retail" prices that they would charge me if I had no plan. It is crazy, but those least able to afford health care pay the highest prices.
Hurt my knee on the job,I was in massive pain and went to emergency room . When they found out I was a work comp. patient .sent me home immediately. Knee was size of grapefruit. Went to work comp Doctor he looked and said exersize it. Meanwhile i cleared out the house of all pain meds and told wife back to ER room. This time I was screaming at them ,they called work comp Dr to ok treatment. X-rayed it was a MASSIVE infection in the knee from the damage. Moral Hospitals are for profit not service!!

Money Mistakes Couples Make
I found an interesting comment on one of the news articles on personal finance:
"One other very important detail is that any two people who co-habitate, married or not, should have life insurance to cover their portion of any debts including living expenses for a while for the surviving partner. So few couples have adequate insurance and it would make a world of difference if the worst were to happen. That provides more peace of mind and says "love" more than giving gifts."
Let's discuss about Money Mistakes Couples Make!
